We are looking to employ a Pioneer Youthworker with some experience to develop long-term relational church and community based youthwork in these parishes of Tweedmouth, Spittal and Scremerston.
This is incarnational mission, building on our work and gifts, to disciple young people in their contexts. It’s an exciting challenge awaiting the right person. Do you feel called to this area of many opportunities for you to pioneer?
If you are, there’s a salary of £21-£24k (depending on experience and training needs), plus the benefit of local support of YFC NE, Frontier youth trust (FYT), a local steering group and faith communities with strong local knowledge. We’ve got funding for the post for 3 years so far, plus a budget to support the youthwork.
