This is spot on! 100% in agreement

“…to start not with one paid, ordained, housed, budgeted pioneer going into a new area as a gold standard but to start with teams of volunteers, people who probably haven’t got a formal theological education, people who haven’t led churches before, who aren’t ordained and that we would put all of our resources into supporting and encouraging them.”

Best wishes and great to hear news of your work!

  4. Really like the vision, the desire for mission, identifying and developing Pioneers. Helen great to hear you are perusing Town Centre Chaplaincy we have been running a successful project in Luton for over five years, Watford has been going for eleven years and we launched a national movement called the Alliance of Town and City Chaplaincies last April in recognition of what God is doing through chaplaincy.
