Glorias and praise for children

1. Create your own praise party

Multi-coloured disco lights

Praising God exuberantly with singing and dancing is a bit of a lost art, especially in the UK (stiif upper lip and all that!), so encourage your group to bring some of their own appropriate tracks that really inspire them to worship and praise God – and let your hair down. Fluorescent lighting kills atmosphere, so make sure you turn the lights off and create some ambient lighting.

If you're getting stuck for ideas, have a look at the funky action songs on Duggie Dug Dug's praise party DVDs – they're brilliant!
